Our shop is a destination for to-the-trade pieces, shipped directly from our favorite manufacturers to your door! To-the-trade items are typically only available when working with trade professionals (i.e. interior designers). We offer this exclusive trade furniture and décor on our website to anyone looking to refresh their space…not just our design clients!

SideDoor is our fulfillment partner that handles the logistics and customer service for our customer orders. Their portal allows us to provide you access to our collection of to-the-trade products. You are in good hands with their amazing team! SideDoor customer support can be contacted for any questions or concerns about delivery and/or damages.

We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations as each item is shipped directly from the manufacturer. All sales are final unless an item(s) is damaged in transit. Inspect all items immediately upon delivery. Should an item arrive damaged, photographs should be taken of the packaging and product. To file a damage claim, please contact SideDoor customer service and copy info@mintmoderninteriors.com. The SideDoor team will then request a new item(s) from the manufacturer or arrange for a repair.

You will receive order progress and shipment updates through e-mail communication from SideDoor. Most furniture items will ship via a local freight carrier. When you furniture is ready to be delivered, the freight carrier will call you to schedule a delivery date.

Your furniture will be delivered 'To Your Door / Threshold'. You may request that the delivery personnel place the items immediately inside your home or leave them on your doorstep.
Please Note: Threshold delivery does not include the placement of items in specific rooms, assembly, or removal of any packaging.
'White Glove' delivery is an option available at checkout for an additional charge. 'White Glove' delivery will include the removal of packaging, light assembly, and placement of the items. ‘White Glove’ delivery is recommended for any large furniture items.

Our shop prices are set at the applicable IMAP (internet minimum advertised price) that may be set by the manufacturer). Our prices must remain at these rates in order to maintain our vendor partnerships.
